| This all new 5 bedroom, 4 bath luxury vacation retreat is located behind the prestigious gates of The Orchard. It is less than 2 miles to the Empire Polo Field (walking distance for some), which hosts many special events such as the Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach, and Phish Festival. NOTE: This home is in a quiet neighborhood, and there is ZERO tolerance for parties, excessive noise, or over-occupancy of the property. Minimum rental age for Coachella is 30, maximum of 15 guests and 6 cars are permitted. Quiet hours from 10PM-7PM will be strictly enforced via patrol. This dream vacation home can accommodate up to 15 guests with an open designed floor plan perfect for entertaining. The elegant gourmet Euro style kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, whether it's a small intimate dinner or a formal feast for many. It comes complete with a 5 burner gas cook-top, double convection oven, and a refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, providing a wonderful environment to concoct your culinary creations. For a more formal dining experience, you can entertain in the formal dining room, which accommodates 8-10 adults. This home is child-friendly, and a high chair and stowaway crib are provided for your convenience. Contemporary decor with a hint of playfulness and beautifully appointed luxuries await. Walk through the passageways observing various artwork prior to entering the Master Suite. The exquisitely decorated Master Suite with its Safari motif includes a California King bed, an avant-garde daybed, a 42" HDTV with DVD player, large walk-in closet along with a bathroom containing dual sinks, large soaking tub and travertine tiled shower with ample sit down bench. Some find respite in the luxurious surroundings of the casita and three guest bedrooms. The attached casita affords additional privacy as it is a separate attached living space, with all the comforts of the main home. Walk directly from the master bedroom or kitchen to the patio or pool and bask in the sun drenched landscape. Take a dip, swim laps, idle on the pool floats or relax in the tanning shelf before breakfast or sip your favorite beverage in the warm water at the sit-down table or under one of the three waterfall spill. Your guests will appreciate the large, skin-friendly saltwater pool. Afterwards, lounge on the outdoor seating or practice your swing on the 3-hole natural putting green. Perhaps engage in a game of Bocce Balls or Croquet with your fellow vacationers. The day is yours to relax, take in the sun and enjoy the tropical setting with your very own private swimming pool and cascading waterfall spa. In the evening, unwind or unravel to a motion picture on the Blu-ray DVD player and on the 50" HDTV. This home also has a Nintendo Wii gaming system, with Netflix streaming movies! With 32" HDTV's in each guest bedroom, no one will miss their favorite program! This home is also completely equipped with a laundry room containing a washer & dryer as well as ironing board & iron.
