This large and private condo is located at The Fairways complex in South Palm Springs next to the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course.

Featuring two bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with sunken tub and shower. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo it offers two Twin beds and separate bathroom.

The spacious living and dining room feature TV, high Speed Internet, Telephone and Bar.

You will enjoy the 3-Large patios with great mountain views. The Patio’s are accessible from the living room, foyer, and the master bedroom, it features a Gas BBQ

The Fully equipped kitchen is bright and open, it offers and electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cook books.

Condo Amenities: fully stocked kitchen, stove, washer, dryer, Gas BBQ, 1-King, 2-Twins, bar, 2-TVs. No cats are allowed.
Community Amenities:

4 Pools and Spas, Tennis courts, Clubhouse, Patio, common area BBQs and Laundry room, citrus trees everywhere plus next to Tahquitz Creek Golf Course.

Walking distance to Grocery stores, restaurants and shops.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.

We started our stay in Palm Springs with our usual anticipation of fun in the sun ... but covid19 ended our enthusiasm. We were forced to leave 12 days earlier than projected due to golf courses and restaurant closures.

Nobody's fault ... but a bummer all the same. **VRBO GUEST**

This rental property is FANTASTIC! Very clean, very organized and everything was in working order! It's close to major shopping centers and a golf course! Has a nice pool and it's extremely quiet and private! I can't wait to return next July if the owners are still renting it out. ! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice place to stay and want peace and quiet!
