One of our finest vacation destinations at the beautiful Mesquite Country Club and golf course complex. Step into comfort in this recently renovated (floors, sliding glass doors, bathrooms, kitchen and living room furniture), fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper condo. Two balconies provide exquisite panoramic views of the pool to the south and surrounding mountains.

All considerations have been given to your comfort in this well-equipped, tastefully decorated condo. In addition to a large flat-screen TV in the living room, you'll also find smart, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms. There is wireless internet access for your convenience, and you can barbeque on the gas grill.

Once you stay here, we're sure you'll want to make this your new home away from home.

Relax in the desert sun while you’re playing golf or tennis, shopping in nearby downtown Palm Springs or enjoying the night life at the Spa Casino.

Amenities include: Pools, spas, golf, tennis, (new) washer/dryer in unit, gated complex, 1 King bed and 1 queen bed.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.

Enjoyed pool and hot tub!

The second level bedroom has two balconies, one faces south and over looks the pool area, the other is off the 2nd bedroom and has BBQ. We enjoyed the late morning sun on the balcony during our stay in February. The proximity of the pool made it very easy to take advantage of it and the excellent hot tub. 

The unit was clean, comfortable and well supplied.
