Wonderful, clean, stocked home! Pool area is lovely.

The entire back yard, fire pit, outdoor seating and pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The fireplace in the living room does not work which was disappointing for Christmas time. The floors of the kitchen, dining area and living room are just the house slab, not finished, cracked and pitted in some places and very cold with winter weather ( maybe not so bad in mid summer) although each bedroom did have carpet. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The house and property are as advertised. Very clean, with the exception of a few stains here and there. The pool and spa are great, the neighborhood is very quiet, and there are loads of places to order food from within a mile or two.

The check in process is actually much easier than their paperwork made it out to be. You no longer need to go to their office for a key, just go to the house and punch in the code they text you on the day. The confusion around this is the only reason I didn't give five stars there.

They responded sporadically via text message, but the questions I had were answered in the house instructions folder so it didn't affect our stay.

The noise restrictions, no amplified music outside, are city-wide and didn't bother us.

Only real negative are the beds. They're REALLY firm and feel cheap. Same with the sheets and blankets. At this price, I'd appreciate a better night's sleep.

That said, we had a really nice and relaxing two night visit.

This house is great! Pretty close to the perfect set-up for a group of friends! Didn’t want to leave and ready to go back! It was perfect for my birthday weekend with 6 friends! Large main living space in the center of the home with a big comfy couch and TV to entertain! The double masters are perfect when you have multiple couples staying in addition to the 2 other rooms that share the 3rd bath! 3 of the rooms have pool/patio access! 2 of the 3 bathrooms were beautiful! The 3rd is great as well being that it had outdoor access for easy usage while swimming, but the shower is a bit small and could be updated to match the rest of the beautiful home. Not a deal breaker by any means! It was clean and served its purpose!

The 110 degree weather was never an issue at this home due to ceiling fans in every room, and on the patio, as well as a great AC system. Some rooms even had additional AC units to help if needed!

Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals when we ate in! Plenty of space for food and drinks since there is a fridge/freezer in the garage, kitchen and a mini fridge outside in the little bar area! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Hot tub heated up within minutes at the push of a button and the pool was big enough for all of us to float on loungers and not run into space issues! Only thing that would make this pool better would be the ability to move the patio umbrellas around the pool for some shade! Backyard had a large grassy area for our puppies to run around in and helped keep the temperature down since it’s not all cement like most homes! Plenty of towels and lounge chairs for the pool as well!

The garage was clean and fit 2 sedans comfortably. Always a win so the cars don’t bake in the heat!

The home is closer to the airport than I wanted to be but it was a non issue! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet the entire weekend plus it’s a quick car ride to downtown! I would love for the home to be a digital check-in process. Currently, you have to go to an office to pick-up the keys and sign some documents. Luckily, this home is only a few minutes away from the office so it wasn’t terrible, just be sure to add some time when you checkout so you’re not late. Love this house and plan to be back for sure!
