My husband and I, + our small dog, greatly enjoyed our stay! The house and yard are beautiful, well-maintained & well-appointed. We appreciated the pool being heated since we used it non-stop during our Dec stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It was just the 2 of us and our dog, but this house would be great for larger families because there is lots of space. The city noise ordinance is unfortunate since it would have been nice to play some low music or listen to an audiobook while using the pool or hot tub outside. The host makes it clear that sounds from electronic devices are prohibited and fines are exorbitant, so we were really careful about this. Overall I would definitely come back; the house is beautiful and a great escape! My only input is to change the checkout time from 10am to 11am to mirror a hotel checkout, and consider a reduced cleaning fee which seemed extremely high.
