Fully stocked pro kitchen includes a Ninja Professional Blender, Instant Pot Vortex Airfryer, Ninja Waffle Maker, citrus juicer (for the orange and grapefruits that grow in the yard), baking pans, mixing bowls and chef's knives. The house has many puzzles and games for kids and adults alike.

Outside, the home has everything you could want for entertaining with friends or relaxing with family. There is a comfy covered lounge area , covered outdoor table for dining alfresco and multiple seating areas. An outdoor bar with tv for cocktails and a grill for home made meals.
