One of the sleekest and most beautifully updated and decorated units at the popular Biarritz, you’ll enjoy the gorgeous views from both balconies of this top floor unit.

The living room is not only stylish but also comfortable and benefits from the advantage of a sleeper sofa for occasional overnight guests, a large HDTV and a balcony with a bistro table for morning coffee or after dinner cocktails, a barbecue grill and a nice peek-a-boo view to the mountains in the south. There is also a dining table with four chairs so you can entertain the new friends you meet at the pool.

The kitchen is a functional work of art, featuring stainless appliances and all the tools you’ll need for meal preparation and service. And there is a breakfast bar that looks out to the living room so guests can hang out and watch your culinary or bartending skills bring special creations to life.

The bedroom offers a large comfortable King size bed, HDTV, walk-in closet and a balcony with a dramatic view west over the tennis courts and swimming pool. And the en suite bathroom has a tub shower.

The gated Biarritz is a very popular condo complex, not only for its on-site amenities like a community laundry room, swimming pool, spa and two tennis courts but also for its excellent location at the south end of downtown Palm Springs. From here it’s an easy walk to lots of things to do, including excellent restaurants and bars, shops, a casino, several museums and the convention center. Book this one fast before someone else gets it!

**Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions .**

This is one of the cutest condos in Palm Springs! The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped. The community pool and spa are both heated, and very relaxing. Next time we will take full advantage of the tennis courts as well. The location is prime, as we walked to downtown most nights.

We will be booking this home again in the near future!

This condo was super cute, with midcentury modern vibes. We arrived to find the condo immaculately clean and fully stocked with the essentials. The back balcony had wonderful views of the nearby mountains. Byt was really made this condo extra special was the LOCATION. It is smack-dab in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. We were able to walk to the local Koffi shop, bars, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in the Palm Springs area!

With the Covid-19 Pandemic, I had been reluctant about traveling. My boyfriend and I found this cute condo online, and our stay was amazing. The condo was impeccably cleaned and sanitized before our arrival. We loved the midcentury decor and the amenities. The complex does have a heated pool, two jacuzzis, and a tennis court. You are also walking distance from the downtown restaurants and bars; which was a huge PLUS for us!

Everything was clean and well stocked with blankets and towels. The location was perfect and my husband and I were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

My partner and I have stayed at many different condos throughout the Biarritz Complex. This complex is walking distance to Downtown Palm Springs. Casa Biarritz is our favorite home yet! The mid-century modern decor was both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there were patio sets on both balconies. The back balcony had amazing views of the sunset. We can’t wait to come back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It was nice being able to walk downtown in less than 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable and everything was well equipped. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a stylish ( and comfortable) stay.
