Great modernized mid-century rental house in the fantastic Old Las Palmas neighborhood. Beautiful backyard, and view of the mountains from the house and the pool. Inside is updated, spotless, but also with enough of the original bones of the mid-century house to remind you where you are. Very functional kitchen with anything you'd need. Garage is functional for guests so you can park your car in the spacious garage and not have to leave your car in the hot sun, like in many other rental houses. Oranj Palm was responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish.

We had a truly spectacular stay at this home to celebrate Thanksgiving and my Mom-in-laws birthday. The location is primo, very quiet while still close to restaurants and shops. We loved how walkable the neighborhood was and the many beautiful homes and landscapes really gave us those Palm Springs vibes. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. The outside space was similarly spacious and well designed. We loved the various seating areas so we could chase either the sun or the shade, and the fire for cool evenings was so peaceful. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable and the linens quite nice. All in all we had a fantastic stay! Oranj Palm was very nice to work with.

This house has a great location, in a quiet neighborhood of gorgeous estates, and was exactly as photos depict. We felt very at home here for a week. Loved being able to walk to town and come back home to a lush, nicely landscaped, private yard, clean pool and nicely updated and spacious interior. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The only complaint was the showers. While gorgeous, they are a little complicated. Not sure we ever really figured out how to use them properly. Would stay here again. **VRBO GUEST**
