Located in Tahquitz River Estates, this completely renovated 3 ensuite bedroom, 3 bath home is waiting for your arrival. With 2300 square feet of interior space and many high end upgrades, you will never want to leave.

The interior living space of this home features a large flat screen SMART TV with cable service and will allow you to log into your favorite television apps with your log-in’s such as Hulu, Netflix, etc. (This is operated by a remote located on the mantle). The fully stocked kitchen is ready for the chef to create magnificent meals, to be served either in the formal dining area with seating for 6, in the sun room which looks directly out to the fabulous backyard, or in the outdoor dining area which also seats 6.

At the end of your day you can retire to one of three master bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and has direct access to the attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and is also accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom features a Cal King bed and features an attached bathroom with a step in shower. The third bedroom also features a Cal King with an attached bathroom and a step in shower, and also allows for access to the backyard.
Wait until you step out into the backyard. The Salt Water pebble tech pool and spa are simply delightful to spend time in, as you take in the magnificent mountain views. This patio offers plenty of outdoor seating either to sunbathe or relax under the giant shade cover. A propane BBQ allows for great cookouts.
One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome at this home. Please be aware that although the front yard looks like it's enclosed, it is not. Be mindful and keep your dog on a leash at all times when in the front yard.
Super stylish and wonderfully welcoming at once, this home is the perfect place to come relax and enjoy the Palm Springs poolside lifestyle. If you do venture out, this home is conveniently situated directly between downtown Palm Springs nightlife, and South Palm Springs restaurants and shops such as Mister Lyons and Ace Hotel, a mile walk in either direction.

My family (2 adults, 3 young children) like to rent a house in Palm Springs once or twice a year. We've never stayed in the same place twice. This property was one of the best.

We made our reservation late for a Labor Day weekend, so availability was limited. The photos of the property looked promising; however, the property exceeded our expectations. The owners have clearly taken great care. Given the age of the property, I assume that there must have been a gut renovation. The space is open, and flows very well. I was amazed at the quality of the appliances and furnishings.

The property management service was fantastic. Although I was unfamiliar with having to check into a VRBO property at a main office, given the number of properties they manage, it makes sense. I also had the occasion to call the property manager twice during the stay. They sent someone out to address my concerns quickly. Absolutely no complaints.

This property is absolutely charming and the owners are to be commended as they seem to have overlooked nothing! Everything one could need is available and they did a fantastic job! It is true to the midcentury theme and very well done! The pool and Jacuzzi area are not large but certainly adequate for a group of 4 to 6 people and the landscaping is unique and absolutely beautiful. The waterfall adds to the ambience and also keeps out noise. It is difficult to find 3 bathrooms in a 3 bedroom home and this one has 3 lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and though not a large home, feels spacious with the design and furniture layout. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is top notch. We would definitely rent this home again and I hate to share how wonderful it is because it may be booked when we want to rent it again! The staff at Oranj Palm are very friendly and I have enjoyed renting from them before many times. Check out is early.....10:00 am but often a complimentary 11:00 check out is available. However, be prepared for someone to show up to make sure you are out of the property right on the dot. ..which feels a bit awkward. But I still prefer Oranj Palm to the other PS rental companies and I have tried them all over the years.

Wonderful stay at this home. Well thought out, contained all of the amenities. Love the updated design, heated pool, and jacuzzi. Each bedroom with its own bathroom is a big plus. Short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. Even used Postmates one night for food delivery. Oranj Palm was awesome to work with. Excellent customer service from the front desk to after-hours maintenance (I hit the wrong buttons turning jacuzzi on/off), and housekeeping. We left a personal item behind, and housekeeping promptly found it and mailed it back. Happy to book again through Oranj Palm during our next stay in Palm Springs. And happy to stay at this house again.
