Savor a cocktail in the citrus courtyard. This comfy outdoor space has seating focused on the second of three gas fireplaces. The third fireplace is just steps outside the house. The property includes a brand-new Casita studio with windows on three walls and mountain views. A second “Casita-Style” bunk bedroom is a sure hit with kids, families and couples. Beautiful spot for our group! The backyard patio and pool area was a lovely space and the kitchen was large enough for many to gather. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Definitely felt like a luxury vacation spot!

We had a fabulous experience with Oranj Palm. I booked through VRBO, and handled the rest directly with them. Our Palm Springs house was beautiful! After hours pick up was easy with their lock box. Communication prior to arrival was great. They told us about the area and gave us restaurant recommendations. The house itself was in perfect order, I asked if they knew where the ping pong balls were as we couldn’t find them, but assured them it was no big deal. That evening we came home to a fresh pack of balls on the door. I wasn’t required to leave a deposit, so I had no issues there. We would definitely book this beautiful house with them again!

I booked this house for friends and family to stay while attending my daughters wedding. There were 12 of us in total . The house is amazing with enough space and bathrooms for all. We were all so impressed with the accommodations that it was hard to leave. Morning coffee was the best!! Also the property manager group is outstanding. I had to reschedule a couple times due to COVID and they were ever so helpful. Even going out of their way to get a wedding cake that was delivered before our arrival into a refrigerator. We stayed at this property for a low-key bachelorette party. The pool, outdoor, and common areas are amazing! A beautiful space to relax and celebrate. And PLENTY of space! We had 12 ladies in our group and we fit more than comfortably. Unfortunately there were some downsides to our stay. The microwave did not work (would turn on, but no heat) and the hot tub did not heat efficiently (though we were offered free late check out due to these difficulties). Additionally, the property is quite close to the golf course, and golfers can easily peer at guests while they hang poolside, which is a little weird. I celebrated my 50th birthday with a group of friends by staying in this lovely home. The layout is wonderful, allowing everyone their privacy and the open concept living/kitchen was perfect as our group prepared meals together or socialized while doing so. The multiple outdoor seating areas are great as the sun moves throughout the day you can move with it to sit in the sun or shade. There's also plenty of room for outdoor dining with the whole group. The house was beautiful, spacious and in great condition. Easy to follow instructions for all the bells and whistles in the house, of which there were many! Pool and spa functioned well. The pool may have been our favorite and the best part was the little sunning deck and umbrella in the water. There were plenty of extra linens and towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you'd need to prepare, eat and drink with... (minus the food and drink itself). The location was super convenient to downtown Palm Springs. My only minor complaint was having to go to the property management office to pick up the keys and drop them off. The office is close enough to the house, but I have rented many houses in Palm Springs and always been able to go straight to the house to check in and out, so the trips to the office were a minor annoyance. **VRBO GUEST**

We stayed at this house last year and just stayed here again. The house layout is perfect for our large family and we all spread out. We are a family of 12 but the house could easily sleep 20. The bedrooms are large, bright and clean and have the feel of a new modern hotel. They have everything that our large family could want. There are plenty of bathrooms, dining chairs, place settings, lounge chairs etc. There really thought of everything and stocked the place with games for all ages … pool toys, giant chess, pool table, board games, basketball, they even had a putting green for my golf obsessed husband! Beds were comfy and there were lots of them, everyone got their own bed and we had extra beds to spare. The pool, spa and outdoor fireplaces were a huge hit. It’s hard to find a house big enough for our family that’s not beaten up and worn out. The house is immaculate and looks even better than the pictures! The rental agency is close to the house making check-in very convenient. And everyone there was so nice and helpful. It made us feel extra welcome.

The house is nice we found it spacious and clean. Pool area is nice and relaxing. The room with the twin beds should be moved to inside the house, we had small kids under 10 yrs old that did not want to be far from parents so we didn't even end up using that room, if they had that furniture in the house with main rooms would be better. The keys were easy to get from office. Better indication of where controllers are would be better. I think it was after office closed so didn't get a hold of office. When you request a price you will see pool heating, cleaning fees and agency fees that are much more than the price you first see on the house posting. So it's a good space.

Breathtaking Views of Mountains, Lake & Golf Course. Really beautiful home with something for everyone in our family, from young children to grandparents. Very clean, well appointed and fresh feeling. With 6 bedrooms there was a lot of space to spread out. The house looked just like the pictures. The views are pretty incredible. The front of the house faces these spectacular mountains and from the back of the house there is a breathtaking view of the lake and rolling hills on the golf course. It was a very special vacation for us.

This is a really beautiful home with something for all ages, from young children to grandparents. It was very clean, well appointed and fresh feeling. With 6 bedrooms there was a lot of space to spread out. The house looked just like the pictures. The views are pretty incredible. The front of the house faces these spectacular mountains and from the back of the house there is a breathtaking view of a lake and rolling hills on the golf course. Everyone was smiling when we checked in at the Oranj Palm rental office. We got VIP treatment from the start. They were EXCELLENT explaining everything and were easy to reach when we had a question. (We had a problem opening one of the bedroom safes during our stay. They were right there to help us.) This house has everything you would expect at a five-star luxury resort. When my son walked into the house he said, “Wow, this is how really rich people live.” Everything worked perfectly and looked brand new. By far the cleanest and most elegant house we’ve ever rented. We’ve stayed at a lot vacation rentals over the years and we’ve rented our share of houses where the owners leave clutter, knick-knacks, family photos and tons of personal junk around the house. (One house we rented actually had a huge family portrait hanging above the fireplace. It was like this family was watching everything we did.) So it was great to stay in a home that was bright, modern, stylish AND refined. The weather was perfect (85 degrees and sunny EVERYDAY in FEBRUARY! That's a big deal when you've come from the cold mid-west in winter!) so we spent most of our time outside. The house overlooks a lake and golf course, so we spent the days lounging by the pool with a drink in hand watching golfers in the distance. The mountain views from the front of the house were also stunning -- much better than the pictures. Loved the 3 fireplaces at night. 2 refrigerators were a big plus. HDTVs everywhere with a million channels. Also the internet was really fast. The layout of the house was FANTASTIC. Bedrooms galore and plenty of room to spread out. We’ve already told all our friends how much we loved our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental for any large family or group that wants privacy, space, style and are in need of a special getaway. It has it all! **VRBO GUEST**

This is truly an amazing estate. I am in charge of planning our family reunion each year for our six families. This is by far the best place we've ever rented. There's a wide age range in our family from infants to our senior parents. This was the first year that everyone was happy. First off, the place was really clean and elegant. It felt like a brand-new model home. It was stocked with everything you would possibly need. The pictures on the website are accurate and the place is even more dramatic and beautiful in person. Being the designated "vacation coordinator" of the family, I'm the one that gets a complaint from someone in the family about this or that. Not this year. The place had something for everyone. Someone was always playing pool, out by one of the fireplaces, in the pool or spa or just hanging out is one the many, many gathering spaces in the house. A special feature that we didn't expect were the two separate casitas. We put my parents in one and all the kids in the other. And there were 4 more large bedrooms for all the grown-ups! The one casita was actually so big it had beds for 8 kids! The kids loved it! There's a lot to do in Palm Springs, but no one wanted to leave the house. Would rent the place again in a second. The house made it an extra special family gathering.

This is the first time I've EVER written a review, but we had such a great I felt I just had to write. We just concluded a 3 day stay at this ultra-luxury vacation home. We get to PS a couple times a year and this is by far the best place we've ever rented. The home is absolutely immaculate and has everything you could want in a rental home. The rental agency did a top-notch job in keeping the place spotless. It just felt fresh and new. The home is even better than the pictures. We love games and activities and boy do they have them all: billiards, pool games, basketball, life-size chess, board games etc. With golf and horseback riding trails right outside the backyard there was an activity for everyone. (We like playing horseshoes, so adding a horseshoe pit in the backyard would be our only suggestion.) With 6 bedrooms including a bunk room that the kids loved, the vacation home exceed our expectations and wowed us in every way. 3 days was way too short. No one in our group wanted to leave!

Just concluded 10 days at Casa Sonora Grande. And "grande" it was. The house had it all. My folks loved being right on the golf course, the grandkids loved the pool and all the games, my husband and I loved the privacy, quiet and escaping it all. The house is so large that it felt like we each had our own wing. (We got lost in the house when we first walked in!) We loved drinking our coffee while the sun rose over the lake in the backyard and having a cocktail watching it set over the mountains at night. All of this right from the house! The kids got a kick making s'mores on the outdoor fireplace. The house was super clean and in perfect condition The yard and pool were beautiful. It really had everything we needed. One suggestion, better instructions on how to use the alarm system. It was easy once we understood it, but we set it off a couple times. We decided on meeting up in Palm Springs for my 50th. Family and friends ranging from infants to grandparents. This house had something for everyone. Lot's of bedrooms so everyone got a bed and plenty of space to spread out. My wife is a clean freak, so I was surprised when she commented on it being spotless and well decorated. The house was perfect for our family reunion. With six bedrooms there was lots of room for everyone. The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Most of us are from the Westside of LA but we felt like we were a million miles away. Great retreat!
