Step inside the front door and you will find yourself in the light and airy living room with high vaulted ceilings. Sit back and relax in the large sectional that surrounds the large TV and fireplace. You can host a few visitors over and take advantage of the sunken wet bar with seating that has everything you need to make the perfect cocktail.

Cook up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen that offers a bistro table and views of the back patio and community pool. The patio is equipped with a BBQ and plenty of seating to dine al fresco or read a book and catch in some rays.
At the end of your day, you have three spacious bedrooms to choose from. The Primary Bedroom features a King size bed, walk in closet, a large TV, and an attached bathroom with double vanity, spa tub and walk in shower. The second guest bedroom features a queen size bed while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. Both offer smart TVs and share the updated guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Cathedral Canyon West Gate is located in the South East end Palm Springs, conveniently situated close to shopping, golf, hiking, movie theatre and many restaurants such as Trilussa. The security gated condo community offers Tennis Courts, 18 Hole Golf, clubhouse with restaurant, lakes featuring ducks, and many additional pools and spas.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
