A beautifully appointed large condo with 2 bedroom suites with private baths and TVs. An end unit within steps of the tennis courts and pool. The primary bedroom offers a Cal-King bed, and the secondary offers a Queen bed. Both are equipped with TVs and a desk.

This unit has Cable TV with HBO Max. Ethernet as well as Wireless High Speed Internet (Now 6 times faster), Free Unlimited Long Distance to US and Canada, 50” HDTV. Sleeper Sofa, washer-dryer and full kitchen. The unit has a large front patio (Remodeled in 2021) with living room style seating plus bistro table & chairs and an electric Infrared B-B-Q. Enjoy serene mountain views from the private patio off the master bedroom with your favorite beverage.

The Deauville is one of Palm Spring's most desirable condo destinations. You'll appreciate the immaculate grounds, the lit tennis courts, the large gym, and the wireless internet connection available while lounging poolside. You can walk across the street to the casino, the convention center or a few short blocks to enjoy the downtown Palm Springs night life as well as movie theaters.

Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.

NO smoking, NO parties/events, NO cats allowed.

I stayed here for a month to escape the cold weather of Seattle and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo was well stocked with everything I needed. Communication with the property management office was excellent and the couple of issues I encountered were fixed immediately. I loved the large covered balcony that allowed an old friend and I to visit outside and social distance. It's a gated complex so I felt very safe. I definitely would stay again. **VRBO GUEST**

The condo was ideal for a reunion meet-up for two couples. The space was comfortable, the location was quiet, and covered parking was very near. Since we had one person using a walker, it was disconcerting to find steps up to the condo which we misunderstood to be on the ground floor rather than the "first floor" in the description. It was 8 steps up to the front door, but it was the first level of the building over the garage. It was very convenient to the downtown area, and we enjoyed our stay. **VRBO GUEST**

The Deauville is a classic Palm Springs gem and is located just a few blocks east of downtown Palm Springs. The unit itself was spacious and decorated nicely , and the management company that oversees the condo was responsive to any concerns and needs. **VRBO GUEST**
