As you walk into this home, you step inside the spacious living room that has light beaming through the high windows and French doors. At night, you can sit around the marble fireplace and capture the Palm Springs Sunset while watching your favorite TV Show or cooking your favorite meal. Overlooking the living room, is the chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and high-end professional stainless appliances. This lower level also offers a powder bathroom for your guests with an onyx countertop sink.
Up the travertine staircase, you will find the two dual en-suite bedrooms. This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

Utility Deposit Required for monthly stays:
This home requires a utility deposit of approximately $800.00 -$1,000.00 per month. This deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00 per month.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
