The living room features a roomy sectional sofa, perfect for chatting or watching TV. The well equipped kitchen allows for infinite cooking options. Dining indoors or al fresco style awaits you indoors or on the large, private patio where you can also grill up your favorite meal on a full sized propane BBQ.
The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and second patio for your morning coffee with a view of the pool.

The secondary bedroom also comes with a Queen Bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and plenty of counter space. This bath can be reached through the bedroom or a separate entrance from the hallway.

This unit offers smart TVs in both bedrooms as well as the main living area with streaming services galore, so you won’t miss your favorite show, or binge away during your stay.

An in home laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer, always a wonderful amenity in a vacation property. Be sure to bring your swimsuit and tennis racquets, as courts, pool and a hot tub are just steps from your front door. This lively complex offers great neighbors as well as quiet solitude to be able to relax and read a book or socialize poolside.

Ideally situated near the Tahquitz Creek Golf course, Target, Trader Joes, Antique shopping and nearby downtown Palm Springs shopping as well as hiking trails at your doorstep. Esprit offers lush landscaping, two pools, three spas and two lighted tennis courts and ample parking inside a gated community.

This condo is approx. 885 sq. ft. Esprit is a NON SMOKING complex.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.

NO smoking, NO parties/events, NO cats allowed.
