Built in 1957, this home was fully restored in 2019 with contemporary appointments, while staying true to its midcentury roots, with features like exposed beam ceilings and lots of clerestory windows to let the sunshine and views in. The open concept goes from kitchen to dining area to living room, all overlooking the pool, creating an airy, spacious flow. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, to be served either in the dining area inside or outside. The living room features a comfy sofa with a large TV, gas fireplace, and views out to the backyard.
In the backyard you'll find a large saltwater, pebble tec pool, spa, lounge chairs with umbrellas, and a gas BBQ for easy grilling.
This stylish home has three comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large TV, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, and backyard access. The two guest bedrooms each feature queen beds, access to a side patio, TVs, and they share a beautiful guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Wonderfully welcoming, this home is the perfect place to come relax and enjoy the Palm Springs poolside lifestyle. If you do choose to venture out, it’s just a short walk to several popular South Palm Springs restaurants and shops such as Koffi, Ace Hotel and Mister Lyons.
Please be mindful that the height of the garage is just under 6 feet, so no tall profile vehicles are permitted in the garage. Be sure that your vehicle will fit before entering, or park on the driveway. The sliding garage does not have a garage door opener and opens from the inside. Owner has also provided a spin bike, weights, and yoga mats for guests over 16 to use. Owner will consider 2 small dogs.
COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL: This home is just a 5 minute drive to the shuttle stops in Palm Springs.
**Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions.

We had the most amazing weekend trip staying at the Krisel Krib in Palm Springs! The house was not only gorgeous, but was also very private. The pool and the master bedroom were hands down the best part! The pool was so refreshing after a long day and came equipped with a lot of pool floats, which was a nice added touch. The master bedroom was super spacious and the bathroom was amazing, total relaxation! I wish we could of stayed longer the house was above and beyond what we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay! We'll definitely be back!

Twin palms was the perfect getaway for our family vacation! Very clean, well taken care of and managed, great decor, and very inviting. Pet and kid friendly too! The pool was the highlight of the trip and we liked the variety of outdoor seating/dining options! Great location with easy access to downtown and lots of food delivery options.
