Featuring a family game room with pool table, ping pong tabletop, darts, and large bar with flat screen. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus there is a detached casita with ensuite bath, plus a treehouse in large backyard. Modern Pura Vida is an energy efficient home featuring solar panels and an EV charger. This property sleeps 8 adults comfortably.

Please note that this is in a VERY quiet neighborhood. No music outdoors at all or indoor that can be heard outside. Occupancy limits of 4 cars, 12 daytime guests, overnight STRICTLY enforced. quiet hours (no pool play, indoor voices only, etc.) between 10pm and 10am strictly enforced. Long Term Rentals Welcome!

With an open modern ranch floor plan and a resort-style pool yard, this carefully space-planned home also offers a covered outdoor lounging and dining patio, indoor/outdoor game room with pool table, bar area, and ping pong table, a rolling green lawn with a view back to the mountains, spa, 2 fire features for evening conversations, hard-lined gas barbecue grill (so no need to refill propane tanks), hammock, quarter basketball court plus in-pool basketball hoop, and even a tree house for the kids, big and little. And there's lots of pool lounges and shade umbrellas. The entire property was created for enjoying the quintessential Palm Springs lifestyle!

With its "retro chic meets next century" style, this property captures the hip and sophisticated Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear while still being comfortable and family friendly. The focus is on easy living in the sunshine and it's all about relaxation and blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
This 1953 modern ranch home is completely updated for the way we live today, with new bathrooms and a fully-stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances and gas range, as well as upgraded climate control and high-speed internet and six flat screen TV's. And there's even an EV charger in the driveway!

At the end of the day, you have the option of four comfortable private bedrooms to retire to, all four with the look and feel of a boutique hotel, featuring hospitality-quality mattresses, smart TV's and ample storage. The master bedroom, casita and south guest bedroom all feature king size beds, while the north guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds that are typically joined together with a king bed conversion kit but can be easily separated into two twins for added sleeping flexibility. The living room sofa also converts to a bed that would sleep an adult comfortably, if needed. The casita also has a sofa that folds out to a bed that would easily accommodate a child.

Super stylish and wonderfully welcoming at once, this home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Palm Springs poolside lifestyle. If you do venture out, this central Palm Springs home is conveniently situated equidistant between downtown Palm Springs nightlife and shopping, and South Palm Springs restaurants and hot spots such as Mr. Lyons, Ace Hotel and The Saguaro. We had such a wonderful time at this villa. We so needed a break from LA! We were two couples, a 13 year old, and our dog. The house is perfect for a family getaway. The garden is huge and our dog was incredibly happy...he slept almost a whole day upon our return. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and beautiful, and the whole house simply works well as far as space to relax and space to be quiet and private. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table as well. The kitchen was easy to get used to and well stocked with what you need to cook a good meal. We barely left the house. I hope to return. I highly recommend this place. I am sure you will as well.

This was like having our own private resort. The property has everything you could ever ask for, and is immaculate. I stayed there with my three sisters to reconnect and we all enjoyed the thoughtful touches. In addition to the gorgeous pool and hot tub there was an entire game room and basketball court! Plus mature plantings that made the entire backyard so private you were in your own little paradise.

We had such a great time staying at this beautiful home! The weather was so perfect so we spent a lot of time outside in the huge gorgeous backyard, swimming, laying out, playing basketball and other games they supply. So much to do! Our dogs were welcome which was so nice, and the neighborhood was awesome for taking them on walks. Love all the brightly colored doors on all the houses. This house was beautifully furnished and soo roomy. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need. And our daughter and her friend had their own private space in the guesthouse, also quite beautiful. The house is so close to the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are. We had such fun finally experiencing dining out again! We also did a couple of amazing bike rides in the area. We were asked what could be improved at this house—ummm...nothing! It had everything!

What a gorgeous property! We had a privilege to stay at this gorgeous house. The house is well and very tastefully appointed, the kitchen has everything you need for a short or long-term stay, and the garden is just fabulous. It is a perfect location for families, as you have a full view of the pool and the garden from main rooms (kitchen, living room, master), and you can relax while your kids play. There are a few games available (inside and outside), so its unlikely you will be bored. There are plenty of restaurants within 5-10mins drive, and owners give great suggestions if you are new to Palm Springs. The owners are incredibly responsive and very helpful!. We will be making it our regular get away location! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

I had an amazing time I had at the Modern Pura Vida. I stayed in the guest house in the back and I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend get-away from Los Ángeles. I had this gorgeous, perfectly temperature pool just about six feet from my door. The shower in the guest house felt luxurious as it was a rain head from at least ten feet in the air. The place had everything, including a direct lined gas grill for cooking out. The kitchen accessories are not like those you find at many rentals where it seems they got them at second hand stores: these are top of the line culinary tools. There were glasses for all types of drinks, a huge fridge for multiple people to have their favorite things, and the property itself was large enough to feel isolated from any neighborhood. Really: you couldn’t ask for a better rental experience in my opinion.

After being cooped up alone for months in my apartment. This was a much needed escape with family. The property is immaculate. Felt extremely safe and very clean. There is nothing the owner hasn't thought of. Literally any kind of cocktail glass you can image to pool drink holder that float!!! We used the garage that has been turned into a game room/bar for yoga. The guest bathroom in main house was so amazing, I showered twice a day!!! It was truly a relaxing and just an amazing experience. BOOK BOOK BOOK!!! U will not regret.

Hands down one of the best home rentals I have ever experienced. There was nothing I needed that wasn't stocked. So well appointed. They thought of everything. The decor was adorable. The game room was also fun to use as a yoga/exercise room. The pool was divine. HUGE yard with hot tub, fire pit, and excellent comfy furniture. It really is an ideal place to unwind in 2020!

My favorite Palm Springs stay to date, hands down. Our party of five women arrived on a Friday evening after grocery shopping and three didn't leave the house until they needed to catch their flight on Monday. We couldn't get them to leave poolside or the comfort of the house.

The outdoor spaces were perfection. We ate meals outside and gathered around one of the two fire pits every evening. We floated in the pool, warmed up in the hot tub, and sunned on the chaise lounges. My favorite place to hang out after returning from my daily hikes was the hammock under the palm trees.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with anything you would need during the stay. The beds and linens were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was dreamy, well organized, and spacious enough for several cooks. This was a simply perfect stay in P.S.

This house was amazing and had everything you need, whether you are a group of couples like ourselves or 2-3 families with kids, which we plan to do again with our kids this time. The grassy lawn was great for corn hole. The fire pit was used at nights for drinks before dinner. The pool house with bar and ping pong table was great for breaks from the sun and the pool was the perfect size and temperature. The rooms have everything you need with a roku stick in the bedrooms. This house has everything you need for a great palm springs trip. Forgot to mention that its minutes away from all the good and new restaurants in town.

Fantastic home with fun design elements and everything you need for a great stay in Palm Springs. Towels & kitchen items were plentiful and easy to find thanks to the helpful labels on cabinets. Good WiFi, TVs everywhere (with Roku). Fun bonus room with ping pong and bar area. Comfortable beds with plenty of closet space and near blackout shades in bedrooms. A/C, pool, jacuzzi and gas grill all worked well. A bonus for our group was an EV car charger - very nice! The only minor annoyance was that there was a little bit of airplane noise during the day since the property is close to the airport, but we barely noticed it.

Modern Pure Vida is the perfect home for a large family, intimate small group of friends, or just a couple looking for a perfect Palm Springs getaway. My wife, myself, our teenage son and tiny little dog spent three days at this oasis. The home has everything you could ever want or need for and is in immaculate condition. Pool, jacuzzi, outdoor fire-pit, a giant barbecue (connected to a full-time propane line, a complete game room and that's not even speaking to the indoor amenities. Inside you'll find beautiful mid-century furniture and design. Every conceivable kitchen amenity you could need is covered and we found the home to be so thoroughly thought out as a rental that as owners of Air BNB properties ourselves we were taking notes. The interior layout of the home is really quite perfect with the bedrooms all on one side and the living space kitchen on the other. The concept of indoor/outdoor living which is synonymous with Palm Springs is on full display here with every inch providing a view to the back pool area through large floor to ceiling windows. Also note the small guesthouse is perfect if a couple or a teenager is looking for a bit of quite reclusion from the group and its also finished impeccably. We've stayed at many homes in the Palm Springs area and this one is by far our favorite. The location is about a 5 min drive to the main street and maybe 5 min to the nearest grocery store, again so convenient. Bottom line it has every amenity you could imagine, is in immaculate condition, and has a layout that is perfect for a wide range of groups. The owners obviously really care about their property and the experience their guests have at this lovely oasis in the desert. We will be back for sure and will only stay at the Modern Pura Vida.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous property in February and March. Unlike some of the other properties we have rented in the past, Modern Pura Vida is exactly as the pictures portray. The decor is fun and the house is well maintained and very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the casita is perfect if you need a little extra privacy. Converting the garage into a games room and bar was a nice touch. Our kids took the space over and it became theirs. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, even an electric juicer for the grapefruit, oranges and lemons you can pick in the backyard. Speaking of the very private backyard..... It is HUGE and our dog had so much fun running around every day. The pool is big enough for a large family and the hot tub was used almost every night. A few small issues arose and without fault things were dealt with immediately; We can't wait to come back!!

A few girlfriends and I stayed at Pura Vida for a girls weekend and had an amazing time! The place was beautiful and absolutely pristine. A true mid-century gem and the location is ideal and close to town, hiking, etc.. We cooked dinner one night and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. The back cabana was perfect for one guest who had to work for part of the trip. While it was wonderful for our girls' trip; It would also be perfect for a couple of families with children to share. There is plenty of space and the backyard is spacious with a beautiful pool, fire pit, and hot tub. In fact, my husband and I plan to visit again with our kids and dog in tow.

A perfect house for a large family- or multi-family retreat! My husband and I brought our two kids and two of their friends (and the family dog), and we had a room to spare. We invited friends over for dinner one night (for a total of eight people) and the kitchen, dining room, and open living spaces was fantastic, and again, we had room to spare. Very open living space. Very open, cool layout and design, clean, comfortable, and newly appointed/well maintained overall. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, the game room (pin pong table!) and yard game accessories (corn hole setup!) and basketball court were all unexpected bonuses. It's a super convenient location, close enough to the main drag to make outings easy and accessible, but off the beaten path enough to be very peaceful and quite. The backyard is huge and has a cool assortment of citrus trees ( I counted Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon and Lime)- two big thumbs up from everyone (including the dog)! Modern Pura Vida is a wonderful getaway for families, friends and animals. We came to stay for a long weekend with our dog, kids and friends and only wished we had booked longer. The lay out of the home and guest house is welcoming and beautiful with great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Everyone was able to sprawl out and come together. We loved starting and ending the day at the pool. My youngest loved the play house and I found the hammock a great place to rest under the trees with a good book. The kitchen is gorgeous and we made dinner in there every night.
Stargazing was a wonderful treat as the night went on and so was the fire pit!

We came with another family and there was plenty of room for all. The house and the yard is spacious and clean, decorated beautifully and relaxing.
We will be back and highly recommend it to all.

There's so much to do here starting with the huge pool and the brand new hot tub, but we also loved the hoop court and the ping pong table...all new! Really no expenses were spared with all of the new amenities. Absolutely everything we needed, they had. We hosted a BBQ event and we didn't have to worry about any kitchen supplies, linens, or anything. The home has so much space inside and out, and all super clean. The location was great too with tremendous privacy. One of the best deals in Palm Springs for sure!
