This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

This was my first HomeAway experience in Palm Springs and I wold do it again in a heartbeat. This was the perfect place to stay. Movie theater right down the street. Casino right across the street. A 5 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. This location was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for the solo traveler. **VRBO GUEST**

Wife and I just spent December 2018 at Plaza Villas. Have spent 1 to 2 months annually in the Palm Springs area for at least 15 years. This is the best location for walking to the many restaurants, shops, casino, Art museum, street fair and many other activities. The Villas offers a friendly community atmosphere at the pool/hot tub area. Landscaping is very attractive. Oranj Palm, the property manager for this unit, was very responsive for any needs.
