Palm Springs Villas II is a large complex of economical one bedroom/one bath condos. This gated complex is approximately 2.5 miles north of downtown Palm Springs. Common amenities include six pools, eight spas, tennis, laundry and a putting green.
In Palm Springs Villas II, this is a 1 bedroom /1 bath 1st floor condo furnished with comfortable, timeless Traditional style. The condo has a queen bed and convertible sofa, as well as a TV and Stereo for relaxing indoors.

The condo enjoys a southerly exposure and the convenience of being near a pool. The size of the complex and the mature landscaping create an ideal setting for a relaxing walk. Extensive shopping and inviting restaurants are within one mile of the complex.

Amenities:
Washer and dryer in building.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.

The vacation spot was marvelous. You only need yourself to be there as the place has all the living needs and recreation such as hiking, swimming, tennis and biking. Such a lovely place to stay with weather always on your side to enjoy life.
Support staff such as Keiry Mendez is always at hand to help for any issues or concerns about your stay will be well attended. I will be coming for another stay which might be in the near future with this marvelous awesome place in where Palm Springs is the best place to be!
