There are two patios, including one that is enclosed off the kitchen and primary bedroom with a firepit, seating and a water feature. The other patio is out back, off the living room, with a nice view of the grounds, a roomy dining table, plus a barbecue grill. It also offers direct access to the community pool and lighted tennis courts which are just steps away.

This condo has great separation of bedrooms for added privacy. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the center patio. The two guest bedrooms at the other end of the hallway share a guest bathroom and each has access to the back patio.
