Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Vista Norte neighborhood of Palm Springs, this comfortable and private 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home provides that wonderful Palm Springs removed and relaxed feel but is just a 5 minute drive or mile-and-a-half walk to uptown Palm Springs restaurants and shops. At this gem of a home, you'll enjoy the tasteful modern décor inside, and the luxury of your own private swimming pool and spa, lounge areas and barbecue grill out back.

NOTE: This home is in a VERY quiet neighborhood. Palm Springs ordinances are STRICLY enforced, including NO MUSIC at any time of day, at any volume (if it can be heard from outside, it's a violation), and a STRICT occupancy limit of 6 adults, plus 2 children 12 years of older.

The open kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals and serving drinks. And the living room opens out to the pool deck to help facilitate that great indoor/outdoor desert lifestyle. There is great separation of the three bedrooms, with the ensuite master bedroom on the east end of the house and the other two on the west end, with the guest bathroom in between. All three bedrooms offer comfortable beds and feature HDTV's, so everybody gets a good bedroom.
The back yard offers more than just lots of lounging space around the pool and spa, it also has a conversation lounge with fire pit, a grassy area for the kids or furry friends, and a nice mountain view to the west. How could you not love it here?!

**Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions.**

COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL: This home is just a 5 minute drive to the shuttle stops in Palm Springs.

NO smoking, NO parties/events, NO pets allowed.

House was clean, had everything we needed, and the Master was beautiful! The backyard exceeded our expectations and was a lot larger in person than we anticipated. Backyard was kept up nice, very private and having a pool and hot tub was great! Very close to all of the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would recommend to anyone!

Great weekend at this house, house is nice and remodeled, AC was cold, pool and hot tub were very nice. Only thing to note if considering this place is there are noise ordinances in Palm Springs, loud music isn’t allowed at all and it is enforced by the property management company. **VRBO GUEST**

I’ve been visiting Palm Springs for many years and would stay on my friends couch. This time it was going to be 3 adults and 2 pocket sized pup’s. So we found and stayed at this incredible home for a week. It has everything you would need to feel like you were in a resort (except food). We had plans to go out and see many things, but had such a great time cooking, drinking and hanging around the pool we stayed there half the time. I couldn’t have asked for more with my best friends, we are trying to work our schedules so we can do it again this coming year. Thanks to the owners for making everything so delightful.

We loved everything about this place, from the comfy beds to the hot tub, the roomy kitchen and the friendly, diverse neighbors. We also loved that its in a cul-de-sac away from cars and traffic but still just a two minute walk to the nice grocery store where we got everything we needed. Thanks again for the great experience. We had a great time staying here. The house has everything you need for your stay. The huge eat in kitchen also includes a very larger dining table to gather around. The living room has sleek modern furniture and opens on to the backyard. We enjoyed the pool, spa and at night the fire feature. It kept us warm and toasty. The bedroom are nicely furnished with soft beds and very nice sheets. All bedrooms are separate for undisturbed and have HD flatscreen TVs. The pool and spa area are stocked with beach towels and pool toys. Definitely check the gem out. You’ll love it.

Property location makes it easily accessible to PS’s downtown and night life by car. And if staying in sounds like a better alternative, the pool and the hot tub make it for excellent evenings sipping a cocktail and watching the stars. There’s also a fire pit in the backyard to keep yourself toasty and dry.
The decor and furniture are classy and yield that mid-century modern vibe that epitomizes Palm Springs.
Will definitely come back and stay here.
