This completely renovated vacation home was fully expanded and designed and it is fully equipped with every amenity you could ask for, and then some. From the sparkling blue swimming pool and spa, to the Bocce Ball court to the putting green out front, and all four bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, Yellow Palms really has it all. And, in it’s Warm Sands area location, it’s walking distance to all the downtown Palm Springs fun. What more could you ask for?
The great room features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, Jenn-Air Professional style stainless steel appliances, gas range, a large dining table for everyone to sit together, a 60” TV lounge and huge wall of glass that opens up completely to the pool deck. It’s a great gathering space for the whole crew. There is also an adjacent powder room for visiting guests.

Out back you’ll enjoy the outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, chaise lounge chairs, elevated fire pit lounge around the spa, views of the San Jacinto Mountains and of course, the sparkling blue swimming pool/spa. Just around the corner is an authentic Bocce Ball court for afternoon tournaments. Or you can hang out in the front courtyard and practice your putting, all while enjoying complete privacy from the street, as driveway and walkway are gated.
All four bedrooms have HDTVs, private en-suite bathrooms, yard access for Southern California living and were designed for maximum privacy with separation between each bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, views of the San Jacinto Mountains, views/direct access to the pool/spa deck and a bathroom with dual vanities and step-in shower.

There are two guest bedrooms with queen size beds which have French Doors to the yard and private bathrooms, one with a step-in shower and one with a tub shower.
The casita bedroom is has a private wet bar, views of the San Jacinto Mountains from the king size bed and direct access to the pool deck, as well as a bathroom with dual vanity and step-in shower. The casita serves as the fourth en-suite bedroom.

Yellow Palms is located in the popular Warm Sands neighborhood of central Palm Springs, and is just a 10 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, galleries and museums of vibrant downtown Palm Springs. Just a 5 minute stroll to neighborhood amenities such as Townie Bagels, Peninsula Pastries (French Bakery), antique malls and of course Starbucks.

This place was awesome -- exactly as billed in the description of the property. It was a great layout for 4 adult couples. Everything was clean and in great working order. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hot tub was a perfect temp when turned on. The heated pool was fabulous. We made dinner a couple of nights and the kitchen was kickass. **VRBO GUEST**

The property was well represented in the description. Everything was clean and the set up was great for our family of 6 with private bedrooms and baths. The matresses probably need updating tho, & since we cooked a lot, we noticed that some of the cookware had not been cleaned properly. The location was walkable to trails, the Tahquitz Park (beautiful waterfall hike), and downtown. Overall, it was a great stay **VRBO GUEST**

The property is in excellent condition and just like in the photos. We had a great time and our family enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice although I think it should be noted that the deepest area of the pool is 4 1/2 feet and when you have guests who are tall (like my husband and son) it's difficult to stay cool in the pool. Would definitely return with our younger kids!

We stayed for five days and loved this house. We had 8 in our party and the house was totally large enough to feel very comfortable. All four bedrooms have it's own bathroom, they are all very nice size and each bathroom was complete with lotion, shampoo and bath wash which was a nice surprise. The pictures are very current the house looks exactly like the photo's. The pool and backyard are awesome. The kitchen is fully stocked for both indoor and outdoor glass and eating equipment. We needed a few items looked into and the management office was very responsive. The location is very central Palm Springs and you can walk to downtown if it's not too hot!

This is an ideal home for multiple couples. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath for privacy. There is also an additional half bath for convenience. The layout of the house is ideal for entertaining, especially the outdoor space. The house is also decorated very nicely, hinting old Hollywood and Palm Springs glamour! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved Yellow Palm! It was perfect for our Girls Trip Party of 8. Gorgeously decordated, clean, and spacious enough for everyone to spread out and retreat if they needed "alone time". Loved the retractable sliding doors to bring the outside in. Great main room and island to stand around and cook, snack and drink. The pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, mini golf....you don't want to leave. The only regret is that we didn't have enough time to captialize on everything it had to offer with our 2 night stay. We should have booked the property for 3 nights. Hope to be back!

The Yellow Palm house is a testament to what the mid-century modern designers knew about desert living. Efficient and smart, outside is inside, relaxation is key. Fixtures and furniture are top notch. OranjPalm management is responsive and professional. We quickly jettisoned plans for activities and decided to just stay, swim, read and enjoy this wonderful property. Great meals, a swim, bocce tournament, and a glass of wine. We’ll be back.

Yellow Palms was such a great place for a group birthday celebration. Between the goregous pool area, the outdoor games at the house (bocce, putting, cornhole) and the amenities inside- we were completely well equipped for 5 days of fun. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We were also able to walk into downtown Palm

Springs easily. There was only one issue with the pool heater and the Oranj Palm sent someone out immediately to rectify the problem. We were very impressed with the home and service! Thanks so much.

Loved this house. We come out every year to Palm Springs to golf. This house is in a great location, 6 minutes from the airport and minutes away from all the dining in Palm Springs, hiking in the Canyons and the Aerial Tramway. The house was beautifully decorated. Loved the sliding doors that allowed the living room to feel like you were outdoors. Great open kitchen. Everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed on the couple of evenings that we cooked. Great outdoor grill. There was a fire pit, which we really enjoyed and a bocce ball court. We had fun in the front yard on the putting green. The house had wonderful thick bath towels and hair dryers in all the bathrooms. Full barware for indoors and outdoors. The only suggestion would be to put in a regular toaster in the kitchen - it had a toaster oven, which took forever to make a piece of toast. We were all laughing about it every morning. Highly recommend this great house and Oranj was easily contacted if you needed anything.

This house is a true gem. Every bedroom has its own bath so it's like having your own hotel room. The kitchen and living area are extremely spacious and great for hanging out. The backyard is fantastic, heated pool, hot rub, fire pit etc. Great location, super close to everything. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This is a wonderful property, beautiful pool and enclosed front yard with a putting green. The 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was also a plus, each of our guests had their own private retreat. The kitchen was great for cooking and was fully stocked. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Great location as well, just a short walk to downtown or the Buzz. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my best friend's bachelorette here. I loved the decor and it was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath in the common area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and plenty of parking. We were a very short car ride to the downtown area. (Could have considered walking if it was cooler out!) A few things to note ... the pool is not a huge pool so in the hotter months the water is a bit warm. WE did find ourselves in the pool under the shade umbrellas a lot! Alsomy one note to management would be to consider upgrading the AC unit. While it did the job to keep the house cool it had to run basically nonstop and it is a bit loud. Sounds like a dishwasher or clothes washer running non stop. Everything else in the house is so finished and perfect it was the only thing that stood out to me.

Beautiful home, yard, view. Lovely putting green in the front yard, private and resort feeling pool area. Great kitchen to great room to pool area. All rooms have their own bathrooms and privacy. Walking distance to downtown (coffee, bars, restaurants, shopping). Great for a family with children or 4 adult couples.

Yellow Palms exceeded our expectations of the perfect vacation house! I stayed there over New Years with my family which consisted of four adults and four kids. We had plenty of space without feeling cramped or on top of each other. It was nice that there was a bathroom in each bedroom. This not only gave us more privacy but it allowed us to get ready quicker with that many people. This house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We cooked big dinners and the kitchen had every utensil and cookware available to us. It is a great house to rent with kids because of the amenities it offers. Our kids loved playing on the putting green and the bocce ball court during the day and at night! We also enjoyed the fire pit making smores and drinking wine while listening to the hot tub fountain flowing into the pool. In the mornings for breakfast we walked one block to a delicious bagel shop and Starbucks. This house is beautiful, spacious, in a perfect location, extremely kid friendly so I would highly recommend it for your vacation!

I love this Palm Springs house!!! My family and friends stayed here as one of the first guests and can•À_t rave enough about our enjoyment and fun experience & will be back for sure! This house epitomizes the Palm Springs lifestyle starting with the charming yellow door greeting you from the street to the private front yard (which includes a putting green!). As you enter the house, natural light floods the living space which extends to the backyard pool oasis with a magnificent view of the desert-mountains. The kitchen is open to the living space and with an amazing island for hanging out and socializing. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated like a boutique hotel, each with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. The two largest bedrooms (master & casita), include separate glass doors to the pool deck. Loved the backyard including the pool, outdoor fire pit, jacuzzi, and bocce-ball court! This house includes all of today•À_s modern amenities without sacrificing the charm of a golden era! You can imagine having a martini here with Frank Sinatra and his gang. This mid-century home beautifully reflects fun mid-century architecture which blends seamlessly into the outdoor living space with incredible attention to detail. You will not be disappointed with the experience, amazing for friends and/or family!

I had the pleasure of staying here for a family vacation during New Years. First time visiting Palm Springs, and it was beautiful! Each room was very spacious with their very own bathroom. We had two families, including 4 adults and 4 kids, and everyone enjoyed their stay. It's a great place for all ages. The house had many amenities to keep the kids occupied with Bocci ball, Miniature golf putting range, pool and Jacuzzi. Conveniently located to downtown area with a short walk to Bagel shop or Starbucks for breakfast. The house is fully equipped for an extended family vacation with enough space and privacy for everyone. Our stay was very pleasant!

This house is awesome!!! It's got everything you can think of. The kitchen is well equipped. The house itself is absolutely stunning. It's like living in an "HGTV" house. Great for entertaining. There's a sliding door that opens the indoor living space to the outdoors. Beautiful views of mountains too. Bocci ball court, pool, spa and "mini golf" is definitely a plus. It's also walking distance to downtown Palm Springs for shops and restaurants and not far from the PS airport. Love the neighborhood to take morning or evening walks!!
