Yes, there is typically a minimum stay of 2–3 nights, depending on the season. Holidays and peak periods may require longer stays.
You must cancel your reservation within 90 days of booking and 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund with the exception of a $75 cancellation fee. In the state of California, guests can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. Yes, our rentals are family friendly. However, guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially around pools, balconies, or stairs.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. The city of Palm Springs has very strict rules regarding noise and occupancy.
