A Beautiful Stay with Young Family – Aug-19

My family (2 adults, 3 young children) like to rent a house in Palm Springs once or twice a year. We’ve never stayed in the same place twice. This property was one of the best. We made our reservation late for a Labor Day weekend, so availability was limited. The photos of the property looked promising; however, the property exceeded our expectations. The owners have clearly taken great care. Given the age of the property, I assume that there must have been a gut renovation. The space is open, and flows very well. I was amazed at the quality of the appliances and furnishings. The property management service was fantastic. Although I was unfamiliar with having to check into a VRBO property at a main office, given the number of properties they manage, it makes sense. I also had the occasion to call the property manager twice during the stay. They sent someone out to address my concerns quickly. Absolutely no complaints.
