Beautiful Property – Apr-23

This is a beautiful property. It has lovely furniture and linens and towels; all so beautiful. It is also in a beautiful development, with excellent and immediate access to downtown. All of the neighbours in the community are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We had the pleasure of staying in this property for 10 weeks. The the outdoor areas can be quite cool, depending upon the weather. The coolness was welcome during hot weather. However, the outdoor furniture would be well served with new cushions – the current ones are obviously aged and quite stained. We had a few (3) unfortunate incidents of repair necessities which were well handled by the the management company. This unit does not have an outdoor grill/barbecue which is a big detriment for us. There are two community grills available but they are across the development; by the time our protein was cooked and brought back to the rental unit, it had cooled substantially. We had hoped to continue to reserve/rent this property going forward, but price adjustments contributed to a change of heart, on our part. I do recommend this property for many of its amenities and beauties. If the cost had not changed, we would have re-booked.
