Great Layout But Some Nuisances – Feb-23

There is lots to like about this house: location, 3 beds with baths, lots of shade in the backyard if you stay during hot seasons. But after two years of renting for a month, we decided to move on. Here is why: The stove is finicky, the pool service doesn’t always come when scheduled and skipped us for 10 days, and the pool pump is really loud. That could bevenclosed or moved further from the outdoor dining area. The pool patio feels cramped if you have more than 4 people (partly due to noise of the pump at one end), but narrower lounge chairs would help there. In cool weather, the house is pretty chilly as the large sliders are not very airtight. The front yard could use some vision too. Its the sunniest area, but not a comfortable place to hang out. That said, the ice maker is special! And the fruit trees are lovely. If they could get a handle on a few of these annoyances, we would try it again.
