The condo complex is terrific. The public amenities (tennis and pickleball courts, laundry, pools and jacuzzis) are easy to access and clean. The residents are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The unit itself is very comfortable. Everything seems fairly newly renovated and the themed decor is very in keeping with the Palm Springs vibe. The balcony doesn’t face the sun head on, so you can sit out any time of day. We appreciated the location best of all. An easy 20-30 minute walk to downtown, and 15 minutes walk to the Riverwalk. It really is an exceptional place to stay!
