Palm Springs Villas II is a large complex of economical one bedroom/one bath condos. This gated complex is approximately 2.5 miles north of downtown Palm Springs. Common amenities include six pools, eight spas, tennis, laundry and a putting green.

Conveniently located in Palm Springs Villas II, this is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor condo furnished in classic contemporary. The condo has a comfortable queen size bed, queen size convertible sofa, and brand new recliner. For your entertainment, the condo is furnished with a flat screen Hi Def TV/DVD in the living room and an additional TV in the bedroom.

The warm spa is steps from the front screened door with pool and laundry room close. This unit has been freshly painted. It also includes new flooring throughout condo along with ceiling fans in dining room and bedroom, new shutters in bedroom, dual pane windows in master, upgraded kitchen and unlimited calling in California. The owner has also recently installed grab bars in the bathtub for your safety. You can see the majestic mountains from the Northwest exposure. The size of the complex, the secured covered parking and the mature landscaping create an ideal setting for your enjoyment. Shopping and restaurants are within one mile of the complex.

High Speed Wireless Broadband Internet is provided for your convenience during the winter months.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

This was our first time to Palm Springs. We were given a recommendation to go through Oranj Palm Vacation Homes and friends of our stay at Palm Villas II. So I went on the site and looked at various places and like the look of this condo and that it was on the ground Floor. It was so easy to deal with Oranj Palm and get the keys when we arrived and check out was easy as well. As soon as we entered the condo, I said to my husband that it is just like the pictures on line. It was clean and freshly painted with pleasing colours. The place was well equipped with cooking stuff and lots of linens. We especially enjoyed the hot tub not far from the front door. The complex is security controlled. We enjoyed the privacy and morning walks around the Village. There are a lot of seasonal renters. People are very friendly.

The suite that we had was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The bed was comfortable and the TV had good instructions for use.

We would recommend this accommodations to other couples.

The pools were good for swimming and the hot tub outside our door was a bonus. **VRBO GUEST**
