Just bring your toothbrush! This condo has all the comforts of home. It is fully furnished with one bedroom and one bath. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a convertible sofa in the living room. High Speed Wireless Internet and Cable TV included.
There are flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

There is a balcony off the primary bedroom with majestic views of the San Jacinto Mountains. A 2nd patio off the living room provides additional quiet space to read and enjoy the great weather. Double pane sliders ensure a comfortable, noise free environment. This community boasts an Olympic size pool, two spas, two tennis courts and is within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. Close to restaurants and the Spa Casino. Minimum rental: 1 week

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

Excellently situated for Downtown Palm Springs. Very comfortable, clean property with everything you will need. Other amenities such as the pool and laundry service are excellent. Will definitely stay again.

From the minute I opened the door for my one month stay I felt very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need and there was not one thing lacking! I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Palm Springs!
