Plenty of seating around the pool and under the shade offers an opportunity to entertain family and friends or enjoy a game of bocce ball or corn hole. After you cook up your steaks on the Gas BBQ, the patio table and chairs offer seating for 6. Additionally, the newly remodeled bathroom adds a touch of modern elegance to enhance your overall living experience.

As you enter the home you'll instantly feel the Palm Springs Vibe. The vibrant colors in the décor as well as palm accents will provide the perfect setting for relaxation. A fully stocked kitchen featuring a gas stove offers a great cooking experience for the chef in your group. With comfortable seating in the living room area, gather around the fireplace and watch a movie, read a book, or play games.

At the end of the day, there are 3 bedrooms to choose from. The two guest bedrooms feature queen size beds, TV and share a guest bathroom with walk-in shower. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed, HD TV, and updated ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. This room also offers French doors that open up to the backyard.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the Uptown District of Palm Springs, you'll find plenty of restaurants such as Eight4Nine and Ernest Coffee. Less than a mile from The Movie Colony and adjacent to Racquet Club Estates, this home is also within walking distance to two shopping centers with grocery stores and additional restaurants. Quiet Neighborhood

This house, backyard, and pool were perfect for us for this trip. What we wanted most was to hang out at a pool, catch some rays, escape our winter weather at home, which is exactly what we did. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, the house was within walking distance of a grocery store, gym, great restaurants, antique shops. It has been nicely updated and remodeled, opens up to the backyard and pool, which are new too, everything was just perfect and easy.

The place was great! The six of us 30-something’s really enjoyed the calm and sunny spot! We’d definitely rent it again.
Location: 3/4mi from some good restaurants and a great coffee shop (from my Seattle coffee-snob perspective). Pretty walkable but it was essential to have a car unless you want to walk at least a half mile to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet.
Cleanliness: great! I do wish there had been more towels. There were 6 of us and we stayed for 3 nights…only enough towels for one per person. There was a washer/dryer, so we theoretically could have washed them.
Kitchen: lots of tools to make food. Note that there isn’t a coffee grinder, so if you’re bringing/buying coffee beans, make sure you bring them ground.
Pros:
- great pool and hot tub!! Hot tub easily fits 6ppl.
- Awesome outdoor area large enough to have a dog run around, do some outdoor games and sit in the sun.
- Nice little gas fireplace in the living room. Perfect for a cozy evening.
- Comfy beds
Cons:
- about 2mi from downtown Palm Springs and 1/2 from grocery stores/restaurants, so you definitely need a car.
I would definitely recommend this spot. Oranj Palm was very easy to work with as well…check in/out process was very easy.

Our family of five (with three young boys and a dog), loved our stay at this house. We never left - spent most of our time in the pool! The house was well equipped and perfect for our stay. We will return!

Loved this place! My first time to Palm Springs did not disappoint. The style of the home was super cute. The pool is definitely the focal point at this house. So much fun to put the chairs and umbrella in the shallow part. Really felt like a resort style. Close to downtown for nightlife. Thank you to Oranj Palm for being so nice and available when we needed them. Would love to stay again in the winter months.
