Mandatory Utility and Security Deposit:
A refundable $500.00 security deposit per month, plus a utility deposit of $1,000 per month is required as an additional fee and a vacation rental contract must be signed to confirm the reservation. The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00 per month.

My fiance, friends, and I had a wonderful time at the Lucky Duck. It's in a great location to just about anything you'd like to do (with the assistance of a car, which you'll want in the heat) but we also really enjoyed laying back and relaxing by the pool for the majority of our time. Just about any amenity you could think of needing is available in the house, all the way down to a margarita mixer. We can't wait to plan another trip out.
