Later, relax in the living area which features a cheerful vibe with comfortable seating for enjoying your favorite programs on the large Smart TV. Perfect for entertaining, the dining area and wet bar with wine fridge are just steps away. The elegantly-designed kitchen with brand new stainless-steel appliances is well stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal.

At the end of your perfect desert day, you'll find the primary bedroom features a large King bed with access to the back patio as well as an en suite bathroom that provides ample closets, lavish vanity, and walk-in shower. Your guests can enjoy the secondary bedroom on the other side of the condo which provides a Queen bed, TV, and access to their own East facing patio. The guest bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and features a shower/tub combo.

Centrally located in Palm Springs, The Mesquite Country Club is close to many stores and restaurants, and only a short drive to downtown. The desirable Phase 4 is just across the way from the clubhouse and features 5 swimming pools with spas and 2 lighted tennis courts. Life is sweet at the Mesquite Sun Suite!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee on the patio. We spent the afternoons at one of two beautiful pools, both a minute walk from the condo. The location is very convenient to restaurants, the casino, wine tasting, etc. The company managing the property was great and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

The attention to detail applies in every area. The property is bright, cheerful, and very clean. It has everything you need in the kitchen, for grilling outdoors, going to the pools, or just relaxing on the patio. So many places to visit for all ages and the Palm Springs Airport is very convenient. We had a great time and would definitely stay in the Mesquite Sun Suite again!
