The open floor plan invites conversation with guests while preparing your favorite meals or serving up some amazing beverages.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tile shower. and looks out onto a private garden area. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV, and has access to the back patio to enjoy the morning sun and spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains The main bathroom features a shower/bath tub.
Assigned parking for one vehicle is located under the building.
Sweeping mountain views, salt water pool, spa - tranquil and beautiful. If you're looking for your own mid-century modern condo, this is it.

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.

NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
